Flextime
Work 40 hours per week
Intensive working hours (10 am to 3 pm) are operated, and flextime is applied during other hours.

Fixed monthly support of 100,000 won

Half-day off operation / Additional vacation is granted for birthdays and anniversaries
Long-term employed persons are given reward holiday (if working for 2 years, 2 weeks paid holiday is supported)
